We cannot release a stuck withdrawal, contact an operator on your behalf, or give legal or tax advice. We’re an independent information site, not a party to your account with any operator.
Where to take an operator complaint instead
For an Ontario-registered site, the AGCO handles player complaints. For other provinces, contact the relevant provincial corporation (OLG, BCLC/PlayNow, Loto-Québec, ALC, SaskGaming, PlayAlberta). For a payment dispute specifically, start with your bank or card issuer.
